On what textiles do you print?
All HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART IS. textiles are printed on Continental Clothing, Earth Positive, American Apparel and Bella+Canvas. The clothes are fair trade and are completely produced and refined in Germany - from the label, to the print up to every nut, bolt and screw.

All textiles are counted, labelled and numbered by hand at home and are limited editions.

What is fair trade?
Fair trade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. By requiring companies to pay sustainable prices, fair trade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their position and have more control over their lives.

What is „sweatshop free“?
The term „sweatshop free“ is marked by American Apparel and describes the ethical and economic responsibility while producing their clothes. For more information click here.

How do I find the perfect size?
Just take look at the Size Chart. The HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART IS. textiles are normal-sized, you can generally order your standard size. Mélange textiles have a defined part of polyester, they probably shrink when you wash them.
Girly Tees are available in S (some in XS), M and L. Boy Tees are available in S, M, L and XL. Sweatwear is also available in XXL.

How do I know when there are new designs, T-shirts or bargain sale?
If you like you can subscribe to our newsletter [here!]. This way you’ll be updated regularly when it comes to HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART IS. Your data won’t be passed on to third parties. [data privacy]

If your favourite article isn't available at the online store anymore, this article is sold out at all.
All HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART IS. articles are limited on a specific quantity, therefore the store won't be restocked.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay via cash in advance, insured parcel or paypal. Payment via insured parcel is only available in Germany and an extra fee of 3,00 EUR plus shipping costs incures. Payment via paypal has an extra fee of 0,50 EUR. This charge must be paid as well if your order is more than 100,00 EUR. For more informations click here.

What about colour fidelity?
Colour variations between the online store shown on you computer screen and the original colours of the textiles – depending on the colour rendering of the computer screen - may appear.

All about shipping, delivery times and more.

When will I get my order?
Normally the shipping in Germany takes 2-3 days.
If you pay via paypal, your order will be send out the next day. If you pay via cash in advance or insured parcel, your order will be sent after receipt of payment. If there are problems with the delivery time you’ll get an email. If your favourite article isn‘t available at the online store anymore, your article is sold out at all.

How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs in Germany are 4,50 EUR per order. If you order via insured parcel an additional fee of 3,00 EUR incures. Orders via paypal have an additional fee of 0,50 EUR per order. For shipping overseas the prize varies according to the address for dispatch. For orders of more than 100,00 EUR the order is free of shipping costs (Only in Germany).

Do you ship international?
Yes. The shipping costs are variable and will be shown in your order. Please note that we don’t do international orders that are free of shipping costs. For more information about shipping click here.
